TC500 Controller for SurRon / Talaria – High-Performance Electric Bike Upgrade

The new-generation TC500 controller is designed to significantly enhance the performance of the SurRon Light Bee, Segway X260 and Talaria, delivering increased power, improved control, and advanced riding dynamics.

Supporting battery systems up to 80 V, the TC500 delivers up to 25 kW of peak power, providing stronger acceleration and improved top-end performance compared to the stock controller.

The TC500 features integrated launch control and lift assist hardware, enabling advanced stability control for smoother acceleration, controlled wheelies, and improved rider confidence. These features will be activated via a mobile app update scheduled for mid-February 2026.

Built with automotive-grade throttle support, robust over-current protection, and next-generation electronic components, the TC500 is engineered for durability and consistent performance in demanding riding conditions.

Pre-configured specifically for the SurRon Light Bee and Segway X260, the controller installs quickly and requires minimal setup. Fine-tuning and configuration are handled easily through the mobile app, making performance customization fast and intuitive.

Water Resistance & Warranty Notice

While Torp controllers are rated IP67 and are highly water-resistant, the wiring harnesses on both the controller and the bike are not waterproof.

If the bike is exposed to water in any way, it is mandatory to apply dielectric grease inside all electrical connectors.

The warranty does not cover malfunction or damage resulting from:

• Frequent or extended water submersion
• Riding in streams, rivers, or flooded areas

Over time, seals and components may naturally degrade, reducing water-resistance effectiveness. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not covered under the 2-year warranty.
