The FLY Racing Youth Rayce Bicycle Helmet is engineered to deliver high-level protection, comfort, and performance for young riders. Built with an aerodynamic, lightweight poly-alloy shell, the Rayce helmet offers excellent durability without adding unnecessary weight. Protection is enhanced by a CPSC-certified EPS foam liner, designed to absorb impact energy while maintaining rider comfort. The helmet weighs approximately 930 grams ±50g (2.05 lb ±0.11 lb) in size Medium, helping reduce neck fatigue during longer rides.
Comfort and fit are further improved with a padded chin strap featuring a secure D-ring closure, along with removable and washable interior liner and cheek pads for easy maintenance and long-term hygiene. Aluminum visor screws add durability and a premium finish.
The Rayce helmet utilizes True Functional Ventilation (TFV) technology—when in motion, air is forced through multiple intake vents, channeled through aligned EPS venting, and exhausted through rear vents to keep riders cool during active riding.
FLY Racing also supports long-term use with available replacement parts and accessories, allowing the helmet to be refreshed as needed.
