Alpinestars A-6 Roost Guard

The Alpinestars A-6 Roost Guard is a premium motocross and off-road chest protector designed for riders who want serious impact protection without excessive weight or restricted movement. Combining advanced Cell Technology with extensive ventilation, the A-6 provides protection for the chest, back, and shoulders while maintaining the flexibility and airflow needed for aggressive riding.

Ideal for motocross, electric dirt bikes, enduro, trail riding, and off-road motorcycles, the A-6 goes beyond a traditional roost deflector by incorporating CE-certified impact protection.

CE Level 2 Chest and Back Protection

The Alpinestars A-6 is engineered to provide substantial upper-body coverage while remaining comfortable on the bike.

The protector features:

• CE Level 2 chest protection
• CE Level 2 back protection
• CE Level 1 shoulder protection
• Protective coverage against impacts, roost, rocks, and trail debris
• Flexible construction designed to move naturally with the rider

This combination makes the A-6 an excellent option for riders looking for more protection than a basic motocross roost guard.

Lightweight and Highly Ventilated Design

Alpinestars uses its highly ventilated Cell Technology construction throughout the A-6 to help maximize airflow during demanding rides.

Strategically positioned ventilation openings and perforated padding help reduce heat buildup, making the protector particularly well suited for warm-weather riding and long sessions on the trail or motocross track.

Removable Shoulder Protection

The A-6 includes removable shoulder protectors, giving riders greater flexibility in how they configure their protective gear.

An adjustable shoulder strap system helps keep the protectors correctly positioned while allowing enough movement for comfortable bike control.

Designed for Motocross and Electric Dirt Bike Riders

Modern electric dirt bikes are capable of impressive acceleration and off-road performance, making quality protective equipment increasingly important. The Alpinestars A-6 Chest Protector provides the coverage and mobility needed for riders of electric dirt bikes as well as traditional motocross and enduro motorcycles.

It is an excellent protective gear option for riders of Sur-Ron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, Stark VARG, 79Bike, Electric Motion, and other off-road motorcycles and electric dirt bikes.

Why Choose the Alpinestars A-6 Roost Guard?

The A-6 is designed for riders who don’t want to choose between protection and comfort. Its combination of Level 2 chest and back protection, removable shoulder protection, lightweight construction, and high airflow makes it a versatile choice for recreational trail riding as well as more aggressive off-road use.

Compared with a simple roost deflector, the A-6 provides certified impact protection while still maintaining the ventilation and mobility riders expect from modern motocross gear.
